Orange Top Ofcom's Complaints Chart

Orange has knocked TalkTalk off first place to top the complaints chart which is compiled by Ofcom. The rise in complaints is understood to be connected to Orange's withdrawal of a free broadband offer. TalkTalk had topped the list since Ofcom started compiling it in 2010 but has now slipped to second place .Figures from Ofcom show that Orange generated almost twice as many complaints per 1000's customers in 2012's third quarter than in the 3 months before.
